If you receive a message about the server downloading dependencies, this is expected within the first few minutes of installing / updating the plug-in.
Close this pop-up and try again in a couple minutes.
If the pop-up does not go away after a few minutes the first step to try is restart the LabTech database agent (Control Center -> Help -> Server Status -> Restart Database Agent)
If the problem is still occurring this usually means the server cannot access the ESET resource server to download the plug-in dependencies.
Test the LabTech server and verify it can access http://ftp.nod.sk
