Terminology:

Agent - Typically refers to the LabTech Agent and the device the agent is installed on.

Endpoint - Typically refers to an ESET product and the device it is installed on.

ERA Server - ESET Remote Administrator Server, sometimes referred to as an ESET server. This is a lightweight server and database component that is installed on a Windows machine. All ESET endpoint products communicate with this server to provide central management for multiple devices.

ERAC - ESET Remote Administrator Console, sometimes referred to as the ESET console. This is a lightweight, portable front-end UI component that connects to the ERA server. This is the console used to configure and view all ESET endpoint information.
